Thoughtful questions.
No universal score.
A clear account of what this resource explains, what its examples mean, and where an organization-specific decision needs its own context.
Make measurement discussable.
Teams can inherit measures long after the reasons for them have become unclear. This resource starts with a simpler question: what do we need to understand about the work, and how could an observation help?
The pages explain distinctions and offer prompts for discussing purpose, definitions, context, and possible consequences. The goal is a more thoughtful conversation, not a universal performance formula.
An independent educational resource.
perf-iq.com is not an analytics platform, consulting practice, assessment provider, or human-resources service. It has no affiliation with real software vendors, employers, or professional organizations.
No team data is processed. The site has no accounts, uploads, integrations, employee records, scoring system, or live dashboard. Illustrative scenarios do not represent actual teams or results.
Context cannot be replaced by a framework.
A general guide cannot determine how a particular organization should assess work or people. Its questions do not settle employment, legal, privacy, operational, or professional requirements.
No outcomes, productivity improvements, benchmarks, or statistical findings are claimed. The conceptual loop is a reading aid rather than a validated assessment method.
When an actual organizational decision is involved, include the people responsible for the work and the relevant requirements. Keep a general educational prompt distinct from an approved organizational process.
Use one question at a time.
Begin with a measure already being discussed. Ask people to explain its purpose and definition in their own words. Differences in those explanations are useful material for a conversation.
The guide helps record the question, context, uncertainties, and next step. It does not ask you to submit any information to this site.
